Policy

CASHLESS VENUE

Headliners operates as a fully cashless venue. All payments must be made via credit card, debit card, or mobile payment options.

Seating & Reservations

  • General Admission: Tables are reserved with purchase, but individual seats are first come, first served unless a Platinum Reserved Seating ticket has been purchased.
  • Seating is first come, first served.

Dining & Ordering

  • Full Dinner Menu Available
  • Remote Dinner Ordering:
    • Our Full Remote Dinner Menu is available 90 minutes before showtime.
    • Dinner times vary per show. Please check our website for exact service times.
    • Contactless ordering is available via QR Code. Once your order is ready, you will receive a text message for pickup at the food station located at the rear of the venue.
  • Alcoholic Beverages: All alcoholic drinks must be purchased at the bar.

Ticketing & Refund Policy

  • No refunds or exchanges.
  • Please verify your ticket for the correct date and time before purchasing.
